外国人登録
●外国人登録の諸申請は必ず本人が行ってください。
（16歳未満の人は同居の家族の方の申請でもよろしいです。）

to act as a representative.)
次のような事柄が発生したときは、決められた期限内に本庁舎町民生活課窓口にお越し下さい。
You should appear at the alien registration office when any of the following occur.

| 住所を変更したとき Change of place of residence | 14日以内 within 14days | 外国人登録証明書、旅券 Registration certificate,Passport ○新居住地の市町村役場で届けを出してください。 You should take the necessary procedure by coming to the city town or village of next place of residence |
